is chef’s special fish upon choice to taste with a variety of delicious
sauces and garnishes. It’s worth tasting deep white mushroom bouillon
served with pearl barley and sour cream or “Gentle” (cheese, grape,
shrimps and “Iceberg” salad served with red wine sauce) from cold
starters.
Every guest can catch any fish,
for example, starlet, sturgeon, trout, carp or crayfish, that can
be backed, fried or grilled upon choice. |
